As the manufacturer of SunMaster and Virtual Sun, we will handle all warranty claims direct to you with no middle man. This guarantees you the best service in the unlikely event you ever have an issue.

All tanning beds purchased direct from Tanning-Beds.net come with a Limited One Year Warranty that covers parts and workmanship for a full year. Lamps, acrylics and labor will be covered for the first 30 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. A copy of the full warranty is available by request by calling anytime during normal business hours. The warranty that is included with your tanning bed is the official warranty, rather than this online version.
